Information Collection and Dissemination: General Principles

As you browse the Website, it collects a log file, the IP address of your device, and other standard tracking data Fusion MD uses to evaluate Website traffic and usage patterns. Such information is aggregated with tracking data from all Website users Fusion MD may use this aggregated information along with the user’s role and assigned tasks to personalize the Website. Fusion MD also uses this information to evaluate products and services Fusion MD may offer Users in future.

Some features of this Website may require you to give us Personal Information such as your name, job title, company, physical mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number and fax number. If you complete online forms, any information provided in them may be collected as Personal Information and used to deliver the service you requested. Cookies
